The Class Connect Session Is Not Open at This Time Please Try Again Later
From the Scheduler sessions list, select Create Session. The Create session panel is organized by tabs.
The tabs y'all encounter depend on if you create sessions from inside your grade or not. Only event details are required to create the session. The other tabs are optional.

This feature is but available from the Scheduler web folio. You tin't ship invitations from inside LMS courses.

This feature is only available in Blackboard Learn.
Outcome Details
Event details include the name, appointment, and fourth dimension of a session. Decide if the session is open up concluded or recurring.
Sessions that concluding longer than 12 hours are asunder. Recordings also limited to 8 hours.
Make the proper noun something meaningful for your attendees and then they know what the session is for.
Collaborate uses your computer's local fourth dimension zone for session commencement and stop times.
Y'all can also allow guest access from the Consequence Details tab.
Edit recurring sessions
Recurring sessions are based on the get-go session in the series. To modify the time of the whole series, make the update in the kickoff occurrence. Y'all tin can also update private occurrences.
- From the Scheduler find the recurring session.
- Expand the session to meet all occurrences.
- Select the Session options carte du jour and select Edit occurrence.
- Edit the occurrence and save.
Sessions that run for very long are automatically disconnected
By default, sessions that concluding longer than 12 hours are disconnected. While sessions can be scheduled for any length of time including no finish date, it's unusual that anyone stays in the session for more than 12 hours at a time. We assume it is unintended and disconnect the room. Attendees tin rejoin the session, if they need.
Guest access
Guests are attendees who don't demand to sign into the session or be enrolled in your course to bring together the session. Guests don't require authentication.
When you lot allow guest admission, a guest link is bachelor for the session. This link is a public link that can be used and shared by anyone who has it. Anyone with the guest link tin join the session.
Guest access is off past default to limit access to authenticated attendees. If you desire to go on your session secure, don't employ guest links.

Remove guest access
If you allow guest access and change your listen later, clear the Guest access check box in the session's Issue Details tab. Any invitee links that were previously shared volition no longer work.
